What are Primal Edge products supplied for?

Products are supplied strictly for lawful laboratory and analytical research. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, injection, diagnosis, treatment or therapeutic application.

Where can I find product specifications?

Check the product name, stated quantity and available information on the individual listing. Batch-specific Certificates of Analysis are not currently published on the site. Contact orders@primaledge.is to confirm documentation availability and any product specifications you need before ordering.

How should research materials be stored?

Follow the storage information shown on the individual product page and packaging. Keep materials secure, clearly labelled and accessible only to authorised research personnel.

How does shipping work?

Australia Post Express costs $15 AUD for Australian orders of $400 AUD or less. Express shipping is free for orders over $400 AUD after discounts. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, and tracking is emailed after dispatch. Delivery estimates are separate from processing time and vary by destination.

How can I ask about an order or product?

Use the Contact page and include your order number for an existing purchase. For product questions, name the compound or stack so our team can provide the most relevant information.
