All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotional events, public holidays, or unexpected delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We use Australia Post Express Shipping for deliveries within Australia.

Estimated delivery time is generally 1–2 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note: We guarantee dispatch, not delivery. Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, PrimalEdge is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the courier or circumstances outside our control.

Discreet Packaging

All parcels are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no reference to the contents or the nature of the items inside.

We value your privacy and take discretion seriously.

Shipping Costs

Flat Rate Shipping: $15.00 AUD via Australia Post Express
Free Shipping: Automatically applied to orders over $250.00 AUD

Return & Refund Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Due to safety requirements and regulatory compliance, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or products no longer required.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

No returns are accepted once a parcel has been dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item, incorrect item, and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost where appropriate.

Cancellations

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or altered.

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately at orders@primaledge.is. We will do our best to assist before the order is processed, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
